Browsed the “communism” tag on Tumblr. Couldn’t tell if ironic trolls or genuinely stupid people. Vaguely offended now.
I wonder how many people know, the actress who plays Shae the whore in Game of Thrones is actually famous in her own country, not with her acting, but with her porn career. After she had starred in those porn movies no one ever hired her again, completely disregarding her talent and acting career. And then she went to Hollywood and made a name for herself. That was literally the biggest fuck you to her homeland.
This is not what happened, like, even just chronologically this is getting the facts wrong. Sorry to rain on her American Saviour fantasy where Hollywood salvages a poor woman’s career, but you could have at least visited Wikipedia or IMDb before writing this…
Really looking forward to it
I hope this is going to be good, because I like Eva Green.
Books VS Kindle (2013)
Hahahaha, get the fuck over it. Books are their words, not the format in which those words are read.
"More impressive to own." The person who made this apparently cares way more about the people who see their books and think better of them for it than they care about the content of the books.
Unless they were referring to the person wearing the camouflage suit, and blending in almost perfectly with the bookshelf. Because that suit is hella impressive.
Finnish artist Tuomas Holopainen (know from Nightwish) is making an album inspired by Don Rosa’s Scrooge. This is the first published song from the album, “A Lifetime of Adventure”.
100% Don Rosa Approved!
There is something really uniquely awesome about two entirely unrelated but beloved things suddenly coming together.
Italy sure knows how to make a Star Wars ripoff.
Everybody: This is young David Hasselhoff battling stop-motion animated robots with a light sabre. And that’s exactly the sort of movie Starcrash is. The best bad movie ever. (Christopher Plummer plays his dad.)
I should corrct myself (for accuracy’s sake) that in this picture, it is not (yet) David Hasselhoff battling robots, but Marjoe Gortner, because this is, indeed, that sort of movie.
